OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
The Alphapli press brake is all-electric. This clean energy has several advantages: the operating costs are reduced and the cell is genuinely flexible. Maintenance operations are significantly cut and the press brake requires limited maintenance. Both the flexibility of use und the easy installation are major assets of this press brake.
As an approved training body, ALPHAPLI trains production teams to the use of the machines and their numerical commands. This training enables an operator to become immediately familiar with the machine and can be given either in the ALPHAPLI showroom or directly in your premises upon delivery of the compact press brake.
The production teams are able to learn the handling of the press brake very quickly, thus reducing productivity losses.
The maintenance of the press brakes is most simple. Indeed, as the machines are powered by electricity, they require a limited maintenance: unlike with usual hydraulic power transmissions and controls, neither annual oil changes nor filter changes are necessary. Furthermore the updates and adjustments of the numerical commands can be done remotely.
